1.Q: How to connect the remote control?
1) Answer: After turning on the bulb, immediately press one of the four buttons at the bottom of the remote control. ( on CH1 off ) Flashing means the indicator light has been successfully connected to the remote control.
2) Answer: If you cannot connect to the bulb, please contact us and we will help you solve the problem. 
2.Q: How to restore the factory settings of the lamp?
A: Press the wall switch 3 times, the light flashes blue, indicating that the light has successfully restored to the factory mode.
3. Q: Why is it light blue when opened? The color temperature will automatically change after a period of time.
A: This is the network configuration mode. You need to connect the lamps to the APP or remote control to set a color temperature you like.
4.Q: How to connect to Alexa or Google?
A: Open the application and click the icon on the upper left to find the third-party service to connect.
5.Q: The device shows offline, what should I do?
1) A: Please check whether there is a wall between the smart device and the router, and whether the distance is too far. For the light bulb, check whether it is installed in a metal shield. These conditions may weaken the Wi-Fi signal and cause the device to be offline.
2) Please check whether there are too many Wi-Fi connections on the router. You can try to restart the router, and then wait for 2 to 3 minutes to see if the connection can be restored.
3) Check whether the Wi-Fi connected to the mobile phone and the Wi-Fi connected to the smart lamp are the same network. If not, please switch the mobile Wi-Fi network to ensure that the mobile phone and the smart lamp are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If you need remote control away from home, log in to the App account and enable the remote access function of the smart device.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
